Workshop Manager:
1.Associate degree or higher in Applied Chemistry, Chemical Production and Process, or related fields.
2.More than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical intermediate production workshop management.
3.More than 5 years of experience in hydrogenation or chlorination.
4.Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively execute production plans.
5.Familiar with workshop production processes and proficient in operating modern production equipment.
6.Solid management experience and extensive hands-on production experience, capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
