Workshop Operator:
1.Associate degree or higher in Applied Chemistry, Chemical Production, Chemical Process, or related fields.
2.At least three years of work experience in fine chemical, API, or pharmaceutical intermediate production workshops.
3.Familiar with the operation of equipment and facilities in the workshop, and able to verify and confirm equipment status parameters.
4.Proficient in performing on-site operations in accordance with process procedures and standard operating procedures.
5.Have basic understanding and knowledge of the properties of production materials in the workshop.
6.Capable of feeding materials based on workshop process documents and parameters, and familiar with equipment operation and key process control points for each step (including but not limited to centrifugation, drying, packaging, etc.).
7.Able to timely collect raw materials, auxiliaries, and packaging materials needed for production according to the production schedule, and verify quantities, batch numbers, names, and other information.
8.Responsible for filling out intermediate synthetic product labeling and verifying weighing for this position.
9.Timely handle abnormal conditions in the production process and perform routine equipment maintenance for this position.
10.Maintain cleanliness in the work area to ensure environmental standards are met.
11.Properly complete shift handover records, batch production records, equipment operation logs, and environmental protection facility operation logs for this position.
12.Coordinate and support work with other departments as needed.
13.Handle other emergencies as they arise.
14.Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
